What you are buying
An access code lets one person complete one assessment once, with the on-screen reading and the emailed report. Codes may be limited to chosen assessments and may expire. If a code does not work, write to pablo@thrivingculturellc.com and we will fix it or replace it.
How to use the results
The assessments are for development and reflection. They are original self-report instruments. They are not statistically validated, not licensed products, and not clinical. Do not use them to make hiring, firing, promotion, pay or other employment decisions, or to diagnose anyone.
Your answers
Answer for yourself, the way you actually work. Do not share a code. Do not use another person's details. We may disable a code that is shared or misused.
Our content
The questions, scoring and report text belong to Thriving Culture LLC. You may keep and share your own report. You may not copy, resell or republish the questions or scoring.
No guarantee
The assessments and reports are provided as they are. They show a pattern in your answers. They do not predict outcomes, and they are not advice. To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim about an assessment is limited to the amount you paid for the code involved.
Your data
How we handle your data is described in the privacy notice.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.
