Privacy notice

Last updated October 26, 2026. This notice covers the Thriving Culture Assessment Lab, run by Thriving Culture LLC.

What we collect

When you take an assessment we collect your name, your email address, your answers, the scores calculated from them, and the time you started and finished. When you request codes we collect what you type into the request form.

Why we collect it

To check your access code, calculate your results, show them on screen, email your report to you, and answer questions about it. When you request codes, to reply to you.

Who sees it

Your report goes to you and to Dr. Pablo Otaola, who receives a copy of every report. If an organization bought your code and asks to see results, we will tell you before we share anything with it. We do not sell personal data. We do not use it for advertising.

Services that handle it for us

Your data is stored with Supabase. Reports and request notices are sent through Resend. The site is hosted by Cloudflare. Each handles data only to provide that service.

How long we keep it

We keep submissions for as long as they are useful for delivering your report and supporting you, or until you ask us to delete them.

Your choices

Write to pablo@thrivingculturellc.com to see what we hold about you, correct it, or ask us to delete it. We will reply within 30 days.

What these assessments are not

They are self-reports built for reflection and development. They are not clinical tools and are not meant for hiring, firing, promotion or pay decisions.
